Your membership entitles you to unlimited visits, via in office, video, or phone. We are reachable after hours as well…the goal is to keep you out of the urgent care and ER. There is no co-pay when you come in to us.
You can keep your high deductible insurance plan, or couple our plan with a health share. This will cover services like hospitalizations, surgeries, if needed, hopefully not. We will take care of your primary care needs.
