Direct primary care (DPC) is a healthcare model where the patient receives comprehensive primary care from their provider. That means treating you when you need it, never rushing through appointments, and being proactive with healthcare treatment plans. The provider-patient relationship is just as the name suggests – direct. With a Direct primary care membership, we work directly with the patient. Your primary care needs are covered with an affordable monthly fee.

$100 for adults 18 & up

$50 for children

Your membership includes:

-Full annual physical with labs included (CBC, CMP, Lipid Panel, A1C). All your visits needed throughout the year.

-No contracts, only a 30 day notice to cancel. 

Our main focus is to keep our members healthy, but we do treat a variety of health problems.

• Chronic Condition Management: diabetes, hypertension, high cholesterol, thyroid disorders, weight management, depression, arthritis, acne, eczema, asthma, COPD, allergies, smoking cessation. 
• We have an in house pharmacy, or we can send in a script to the local pharmacy. We will check prices for you, for the best option, we are about saving our members money.
• We also have natural protocols for some conditions, you have options!!
• Acute illnesses: colds, flu, strep, pneumonia, UTIs, ear aches, skin infections, rashes, allergic reactions, etc.
• Injuries: sprains, strains, lacerations, abrasions, insect bites.
• Integrative treatment options.

We also have a great selection of alternative therapies such as essential oils, infusions, botox, fillers, foot detox, b12 shots, NAD+ shots, glutathione shots, bio-identical hormone replacement therapy, homeopathy, supplements - A whopping 25% discount for members.
